车娃娃品牌介绍

北京车娃娃科技发展有限公司成立于2014年7月,致力于建立汽车后市场专业服务平台,车娃娃APP自从2014年上架以来,为客户提供包括在线加油、道路救援等服务,积累了大批忠实用户。

2016年3月,车娃娃发布全国第一家互联网汽车延保产品,得到了市场广泛关注。目前车娃娃延保维修合作网点覆盖全国7000+家,包括4S店、一类维修店与二类维修店,为延保期内过保车辆提拱延保服务。车娃娃提供的延保或质保服务产品涉及的车辆包括:平行进口车、私家车、顺风车、网约车、货运车等。

同时,车娃娃延保拥有远程在线检测车况能力,使用车载智能硬件GID,通过APP实时了解爱车车况与驾车习惯,实现人车互动、智能驾驶。

延保期内爱车发生合同范围内的故障,车娃娃将提供优质服务,第一时间协助车主进行理赔,保险公司出具定损确认书后,车娃娃先行垫付延保有效范围内的维修费与人工费,并提供全国范围汽车维修服务。

发展历程

  • 2014年10月
    车娃娃APP1.0版本上线,首推全国汽车加油卡充值接口服务。同时为用户提供包括全国汽车违章免费查询、周边加油站导航等便捷功能。
  • 2015年4月
    车娃娃APP2.0版全新上线,新版APP增加全国汽车道路救援服务,一键调度,救援进度实时跟踪,方便快捷。
  • 2015年7月
    车娃娃加油卡充值接口服务入驻工商银行在线商城—融e购。北京车娃娃科技发展有限公司入股专业技术公司——北京融心百乐人科技有限公司。
  • 2016年2月
    车娃娃APP3.0版本在产品原有功能基础之上增加人车互动、智能行驶的全国首家互联网汽车延保。
  • 2016年7月
    车娃娃汽车延保由燕赵财险与长安责任财产保险股份有限公司、现代财产保险(中国)有限公司和易安财产保险股份有限公司共同承保。
  • 2016年8月
    车娃娃携手中国建设银行与招商银行信用卡中心,分别为车娃娃汽车延保提供最长24期与18期分期购买服务。
  • 2017年3月
    车娃娃荣获“2016年度招商银行信用卡消费金融优秀合作伙伴”称号。
  • 2017年5月
    车娃娃由百乐人集团控股,成为百乐人集团旗下子公司。
  • 2018年6月

About Us

Beijing CHIHUAHUA Technology Development Co. Ltd was established in July, 2014. It is committed to build up a service platform for after-sales market of automobile, which provides a variety of products and services, including auto extended warranty, data acquisition & analysis of intelligent vehicle networking, national road rescue, recharge data interface of gas card, and automobile maintenance. The headquarter is located in Wangjing SOHO, Beijing.

  • October 2014
    CHIHUAHUA APP Version 1.0, first providing nationwide recharge data interface of gas card and other handy functions like nationwide free inquiry of driving violations and nearby gas station navigation;
  • April 2015
    CHIHUAHUA APP Version 2.0, added service of national road rescue, with characteristic of convenient and efficient one-button scheduling, real-time progress tracking;
  • July 2015
    CHIHUAHUA recharge data interface of gas card was settled in Rong-e-Go, the online store of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China;
  • July 2015
    CHIHUAHUA bought in as a partner in Beijing Rongxin Baileren Technology Co. Ltd, a specialized IT technology service company;
  • February 2016
    CHIHUAHUA APP Version 3.0, first providing nationwide internet service of auto extended warranty that can facilitate intelligent driving and interaction between man and car;
  • July 2016
    CHIHUAHUA nationwide internet service of auto extended warranty was insured by Yanzhao Insurance Co. Ltd, together with Chang An Property and Liability Insurance Ltd, Hyundai Insurance (China) Co. Ltd, and Yi An Property Insurance Co. Ltd;

    CHIHUAHUA was in association with the credit card centers of China Construction Bank and China Merchants Bank, offers the service up to 24 and 18 instalments, respectively, for the customer that buys theCHIHUAHUA service of auto extended warranty;
  • March 2017
    CHIHUAHUA won the “2016 The Best Cooperative Partner of China Merchants Bank for Credit Card Consumption Finance”.
  • June 2018
    CHIHUAHUA and PICC China P&C Insurance signed a car extended warranty strategic cooperation agreement.

Now CHIHUAHUA is pushing the service of auto extended warranty and data acquisition & analysis of intelligent vehicle networking. As a professional third-party auto extended warranty service provider, the customer can buy the nationwide internet service of auto extended warranty using CHIHUAHUA APP. The insurance company will issue the policy and CHIHUAHUA will provide the service certificate. Meanwhile, the customer is going to receive an intelligent vehicle hardware, i.e., GID, for free.Thus the customer can know the car conditions and driving habits in real time so as to realize intelligent driving and interaction between man and car. In case car breakdown occurs within the scope of the contract during the extended warranty period, CHIHUAHUA will provide quality service and help the customer settle the claim in the first instance. Once the insurance company issues the damage confirmation, CHIHUAHUA will pay advances first for the maintenance and labor cost within the scope of the warranty and provide nationwide maintenance service at a 4S shop of the same brand.
